I have over 15 years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children who are dealing with a number of issues, including life changes, loss, trauma, depression and anxiety, self-improvement, parenting, and addiction recovery. I love my work, and feel honored to be a partner in my clients' journeys towards health and healing. I help people develop their strengths to get through the challenges life often poses. My approach is supportive and empathic in addition to being solution focused. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including CBT, EMDR, Art therapy, and Play therapy in helping my clients attain their goals. I look forward to hearing from and meeting you.
